Our program can be tailored to address weight issues for children, adolescents, and adults!  

We understand the value of your time and commitment to be involved in a weight loss program, of any type. We will not take for granted your participation and will strive to offer high quality coaching and support!!! We offer  human connections, with people you can trust,  and we  will do our best to make sure you always feel heard and informed!!!

We start with an 8 Week Weight Loss program to begin the "reset" stage to stimulate and activate your metabolism and fat loss!! On conclusion of this stage, then we will create a maintenance  protocol that will continue to support the body's shift and enhance sustainability!  We offer multiple follow up options for ongoing coaching, which will be discussed at your initial introduction meeting.

Pruneski, Our AFPA Certified Weight Loss Coach, former ACE Personal Trainer/Coach, Herbalist, and co-owner of HFMPHC , and Erica Swinney, Founder and co-owner of Holistic Family Medicine Practice and Healing Center and  Holistic/Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner, have worked together to develop a comprehensive weight loss program that is inclusive of proven protocols, and supported by decades of personal and professional experience!!! 

We offer  a Holistic program that DOES NOT include using synthetic peptides or other pharmaceutical weight loss products!! We will use high quality supplements, herbal products, and nutrition, and science backed fitness and lifestyle assessment tools to reach your optimal wellness goals! 

We are dedicated to your journey that support long term weight loss goals, by supporting lifestyle shifts through nutrition, implementing herbal remedies, physical motion and integrative healing modalities such as our Therapeutic Weight Loss IV Infusions, Lipo +, B12 or NAD+ injections along with comprehensive analysis through Bio Metric Body Composition scales and Zyto Compass Bio Feedback programs. We will customize your weight loss protocol that will include all of these modalities, and weekly check ins to help you stay on track! 

Additionally, although not included in the weight Loss program investment, and if necessary or by request, you will have access to all the offerings of Holistic Family Medicine Practice and Healing Center, in Sellersburg, Indiana, and the experienced medical staff inclusive of holistic /functional Nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and the resources of a family medical practice, such as lab work, medication management, energy healing, nutritional IV therapy, and a variety of testing from GI mapping to blood test panels, and more!
