We start with an 8 Week Weight Loss program to begin the "reset" stage to stimulate and activate your metabolism and fat loss! At the conclusion of this stage, we then will create a maintenance protocol that will continue to support the body's shift and enhance sustainability. We offer multiple follow up options for ongoing coaching, which will be discussed at your initial introduction meeting.
Our program can be tailored to address weight issues for children, adolescents, and adults!
We offer a Holistic program that DOES NOT include using synthetic peptides or other pharmaceutical weight loss products, however, we are versed in the usage of synthetic peptides and can help you navigate their usage and support any transitions to natural bio-active peptides, reducing the risk of side effects !! We will use high quality supplements, herbal products, IV vitamin Infusions, nutritional programs, emotional support, and science backed fitness and lifestyle assessment tools to reach your optimal wellness goals!
We are dedicated to your journey that support long term weight loss goals, by supporting lifestyle shifts through integrating healing modalities such as our Therapeutic metabolism booster IV Infusions, Lipo +, B12 or NAD+ injections along with comprehensive analysis through Bio Metric Body Composition scales and Zyto Compass Bio Feedback programs. We will customize your weight loss protocol that will include all of these modalities, and weekly check ins to help you stay on track!
Additionally, although not included in the weight Loss program investment, and if necessary or by request, you will have access to all the offerings of Holistic Family Medicine Practice and Healing Center, in Sellersburg, Indiana, and the experienced medical staff inclusive of holistic /functional Nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and the resources of a family medical practice, such as lab work, medication management, energy healing, nutritional IV therapy, and a variety of testing from GI mapping to blood test panels, and more!

My name is Emily Stoner. I am a Certified Weight Loss Health Coach. I am here to walk alongside you as you begin your weight loss journey with us. We will approach your weight loss in a very holistic way with a protocol made specifically for you! We use high quality supplements, herbal products and personal nutritional guidance. I will be assessing your unique body's metabolic needs using biofeedback and biometric technology. My goal is to get your body burning fat and utilizing nutrients in the most efficient way possible!
My personal journey: I have battled my relationship with food and my body for several years. I had the mindset that if I just don't eat I would look how I wanted too. I have also struggled with over eating and wanting to do nothing but sit in bed and eat food. It took a program like the one we are offering you, along with support from friends and family to show me there was a better way to look good and feel great! The consistent factor was not about my body and how it looked, it was how I FELT. After years of putting almost nothing in my body or filling it with ultra processed foods, I realized I could not live like that any longer. I approach my relationship with food in a different light. I began only putting clean meats in my body from local farms along with fresh organic fruits and organic veggies. I started cooking more and realized how much I enjoy my food after making it myself (we have a great easy recipe cookbook). I now have great awareness of how food makes me feel emotionally and physically. Which has really helped me to stay away from certain foods or add more of certain foods to my day. My mission is to help you on your journey to feeling comfortable in your body and to start feeling like you again.
